Donna Baker began her career in real estate in 2001, after spending most of her business life as an administrative professional.  As a casualty of the internet bust, she found herself jobless at an age and salary that were not in demand in the administrative world in which she lived.  Donna was prompted to get her real estate license by a friend and fellow agent who saw her potential.  The rest is history!

Since 2002, Ms. Baker has been the number one real estate professional in her office and in the city she serves. She represents both Sellers and Buyers of real estate, sometimes serving on both sides of the transaction.  Donna attributes her success to the skills she learned in the corporate world, along with her personality, professionalism, and ethics.  Specializing in architecturally significant properties, Donna Baker presently serves as Director of Heritage Homes for Dickson Podley REALTORS in Monrovia.  In just seven years, Donna has sold over $155 million of real estate, including historic properties, mansions, condos, and residential income units.  When she is not selling homes, Donna is very involved in her community. She serves as a Historic Preservation Commissioner for the City of Monrovia, is President & Chief Volunteer Officer for the Santa Anita Family YMCA, heads up the Women's Build for the local Habitat for Humanity project, and supports many other civic and community organizations
