I am an "Army brat" and a former military wife having had the opportunity to live around the United States as well as in France, Canada and Germany. But, the Greater Tacoma area has been my favorite location and has been my consistent home since 1978. My husband and I are blessed with two children (both teenagers) who are receiving an excellent education through the University Place School District. Locally, there are great programs for the sports minded as well as for thespians, musicians and dancers. We love the fact that the ocean is only an hour and a half's drive away for a day at the beach or a charter fishing boat excursion and the mountains are about the same distance away for summer hiking or winter sports.
Since 1998, I have been a full-time REALTOR® and have achieved additional designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRSÍ), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). My professional affiliations include membership and continuing education associated with the National Association of REALTORS®, Washington Association of REALTORS®, Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS® and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
