Donna has been a realtor since 1998 and prior to that a Residential Real Estate Appraiser for 13 years.  She is still a licensed certified residential appraiser as well as a realtor.   Every real estate transaction is unique with a unique set of issues that need to be resolved.  An experienced realtor brings problem solving abilities to the table that only come with experience.  Donna works with sellers and buyer's of residential real estate.  If someone needs assistance with rentals she can do that as well.   While the mainstay of her business is residential real estate,  she is capable of assisting sellers and buyers of commercial and investment properties as well. 

Giving back to the commuity that she serves in has lead her to serve in leadership roles in Kiwanis Club of Escondido, Escondido History Center and in neighborhood association where she has lived.  She has served for 11 years on the Historic Preservation Commission for The  City of Escondido.
