I am a real estate professional with 18 years residential sales experience specializing in "new communities". My goal is and always has been to provide the highest level of professional service based on "EXPERIENCE and INTEGRITY". I meet with prospective sellers, adivising on pricing and staging, develop advertising strategy, host open houses and tours, and manage all transaction procedures. I have introduced prospective buyers to the community and its neighborhoods, showed potential homes, counseled on bids and responses to counters, and managed purchase procedures throughout the state of New Hampshire. I started my real estate career in Concord, NH and relocated to the seacoast NH area in 1997.
