I have been buying and selling houses since 1989, two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and advertising. I have operated in both the residential and commercial arena. My extensive real estate experience and proven track record in management positively impact the Bedford's office operations. I have the expertise to personally coach my team toward increased productivity.
With 28 years in management, I know what it takes to build a successful business. Through my own real estate dealings and by working with international organizations, I understand all facets of a well-established organization - analyzing demographics, researching the competition, finding the perfect location. While in retail management, I was responsible for 43 stores in 17 states. In this role, I mentored and coached a team of 1,000. Now, as the sales manager of the Bedford office I have put my background in recruiting, training and marketing to use.
Not only am I a skilled manager, I am a real estate expert. My achievements have earned me various awards and honors, including awards related to production as well as outstanding client service. I also understand the importance of utilizing technology and the Internet to find today's buyers.
