New construction is also an area we enjoy! Having been a licensed NC Residential Contractor for many years has many advantages. I am very capable to speak about and explain the process of building a new house and guiding you through the process from digging the foundation to touching up the paint when you move in. It can be a long, sometimes tedious process, and having an agent who understands it is a great benefit. It can be a lot of fun. You need to work with a knowledgeable agent and a builder with integrity that will take the time to help you through the process without forgetting that it is probably the biggest investment you will ever make. Believe it or not, there are some builders who will do just that!
Working with First Time Home Buyers is very rewarding. It allows me to educate them on what real estate is all about. Having bought at least a dozen houses myself, I don't have too many surprises anymore. Buying the first house was just a way of getting started.
