Christina Douglas who is the broker/owner of Douglas Real Estate pursued a real estate career in 2002 to maximize flexibility for her family life as well as create an opportunity to meet new people. Christina came to North Carolina from Michigan when she joined the Army. After serving in the military, she went to Campbell University to get her Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. She also worked as an electronics and computer sales counselor at a large electronics store. Her sales background translates nicely into real estate work. Christina says that having sales experience helps her to keep up with the changes in the market. She is able to listen to the client and find a house that is a good fit for them. She feels when clients are happy with the service I provide, it gives me personal satisfaction. "I am glad I can be part of a client's home buying or selling experience. I really love the networking, and how you can meet so many people," she says. Christina is very knowledgeable abou the business and she knows the market.
