So what does a guy who grew up in a factory town in Upstate New York know about real estate? Well, for starters, I know the value of a hard day’s work, the importance of being completely honest, and I understand what it means to take pride in everything you do. I also understand the value of education and the power of knowledge, as I am a self-funded graduate of SUNY Oswego, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Through my hard work, dedication and determination in business and in life, I have earned over 24 successful years of sales, marketing and management experience; as well as 12 years of real estate investment experience.
As a licensed Realtor with Vanguard Properties my mission has always been to provide superior support throughout my client's entire real estate transaction. I am also proud to carry the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. Only 1% of real estate agents in the U.S. have chosen to receive this negotiation skill training and earn the CNE certification.
