As a North Carolina native and having lived in the Research Triangle area for over forty years, I have gotten to know it better than most locals.  My background is far reaching and includes a successful career in advertising, marketing, retail, media and outside sales that prepared me to be better at listening and communicating than the vast majority of real estate agents licensed to do business here. I understand the market well and as a certified real estate negotiator, certified social media marketer and relocation specialist, I am able to help you to achieve the best conditions for your particular needs. I've been in the real estate industry for 10+ years and have had over 30 prior years of sales and marketing experience in other industries. I am a member of the Local, Regional and National Realtors Associations. I’m an avid wine collector and educator, as well as appreciator of great food and my other hobbies and interests include shooting sporting clays, hunting, fishing and anything that challenges me. I am also proud to be a Certified NSCA Level I Shotgun Instructor and a CSM (Coordinated Shooting Method) Recreational and Competition Shooting Instructor.  I currently reside in Holly Springs with my beautiful wife, Ruth Hauser (also a Coldwell Banker /HPW agent) and our rescued cat, Jack.
