Being a real estate appraiser gives me the ability to present to you the market in an expanded analysis format and to be albe to analize past markets to current in a polynomial trendline value reporting process. This process gives you a prespective to how any specific market has been preforming for the past 12 months and the current direction of value. Future value analysis is more difficult but with the use of foreclosue activity monotoring gives you the ability to see how much activity if currently occouring in specific markets.
