 How do I earn a MISSOURI real estate license? You start by making sure you meet the state licensing requirements, then you must take the required training and pass the MISSOURI real estate license exam. Eligibility Requirements- Missouri Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Requirements-
The Requirements For A Real Estate Salesperson License In Missouri Include: 
-Being At Least 18 Years Of Age &
Fulfilling One Of The Following Requirements: 
-Successfully Completing A 60-Hour Salesperson Course From An Approved Real Estate School 
-Be A Licensed Attorney

CRS Designation
CRS members who have met certain educational and professional requirements are eligible to apply for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation.  The CRS Designation signals to consumers and other real-estate professionals that you are one of the best of the best.

Education and experience is what being a Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) is all about. They are the foundation of the CRS Designation and, together, will lead you down the path to success. Whether you’re new to the business and still building productivity or an experienced sales agent with high production; and whether you’re in a high-priced market or low one, CRS offers a plan to meet your level of experience, market profile and personal learning preferences.

CRS Education Credits
The Council offers a wide range of classroom and eLearning courses as well as education events and webinars from which to earn CRS Education credits. For each program option, a minimum number of Education credits must come from CRS courses (classroom or online). Elective Credits
A total of 32 Elective credits are required to earn the CRS Designation for all except those pursuing the Pro-Program. Elective credits may be earned by taking CRS Education courses above and beyond the minimum required and/or by additional productivity (closed transactions or related income). You also can earn Elective credits by completing select courses offered by the National Association of REALTORS® or approved non-CRS distance learning courses, and for holding a bachelor’s degree and other related REALTOR® family professional designations. Accredited Buyer’s Representatives (ABR®) stand for the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. What’s their key to success? They know that you can't count on the market—you have to count on your skills. ABR® education provides the expertise you need for an edge in serving today’s home buyers.
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. When you decide to earn your ABR®, you gain:
• Valuable real estate education that elevates your skills and knowledge in the eyes of home buyers.
• Ongoing specialized information, programs and updates that help you stay on top of the issues and trends in successfully representing home buyers.
• Access to REBAC members-only marketing tools and resources, which provide an additional competitive edge.
The path towards becoming an ABR® begins by taking the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation Course. After you complete this course, you will automatically become a member of REBAC for one year—free! You’ll then be able to access many of our member benefits and work towards completing your remaining ABR® designation requirements, which are listed below..
To obtain and use the ABR® designation, you must complete all four (4) requirements:
1. Successful completion of the two-day Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation Course, including an 80 percent passing grade on the exam. After you complete this course you will have three (3) years in which to complete the other ABR® designation requirements.
2. Successful completion of one of the ABR® elective courses, including an 80 percent passing grade on the exam. This course may be taken prior to completing the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation Course.
3. Documentation verifying five (5) completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer's representative (no dual agency). Any transactions closed prior to taking the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation Course or closed within three years after completing the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation Course are eligible for credit. Documentation necessary for each of your five (5) completed transactions:
• Copy of the signed buyer agency agreement OR purchase/sale agreement OR settlement statement/closing disclosure. The contract must verify the agent's name and/or include the agent's signature as the buyer's agent. Providing only the name and/or signature of the buyer's agent's broker is not sufficient.
• Copy of the settlement statement/closing disclosure or letter from your broker verifying that each transaction closed
4. Maintain active and good membership status in the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) and the National Association of REALTORS®. Exception: International members of REBAC do not have to be members of NAR.

    My husband and I are new home owners thanks to Dave Rosen-McGinnis from Prudential! Dave did such an outstanding job for my husband and I that I wanted to recommend him to all my ERAC co-workers J I usually never take the time to write a review but he went the extra mile for us so I figured I could do the same for him!

    Dave is an excellent agent because:

    • He’s honest – if he thinks a house is not a good fit/ deal for you, he will tell you and explain why. There were so many houses that we were interested in and even thought we wanted to buy along the way but Dave made us aware of problems and informed us it would be an unwise decision. He cares more about buyers’ satisfaction than a quick pay check.

    • He’s very knowledgeable – Dave grew up in the St. Louis but has also done real estate in NY and FL so he understands the market both locally and nationally exceptionally well. While house hunting, several of the selling agents contacted Dave for advice.
