My motto is if you are not happy then I am not happy. I promptly return phone calls and emails. I contact my customers, buyers, and listings agents on a weekly basis with updates on their loan status.
I am accessible late at night and on weekends to accommodate the schedules of my clients.
My underwritter lives locally in York County. I have a great acess to meet with her and she will be conducting four educational workshops this coming year for my real estate partners.

I specialize in working with first time home buyers. There are several different programs and grants that exist to help buyers find the money needed to purchase their first home. I also take the time to educate clients about the whole loan process from start to finish.

| I met Dan at the beginning of my real estate career through the local networking group York Young Professionals. It was two years later when I first referred one of my clients to Dan for mortgage loan services. My only regret with Dan is not using his services earlier.
