My career in Real Estate began in 1978 and it was a natural progression for me into mortgage banking. I have been in residential and commercial lending since 1993 and enjoy every phase of the business, i.e., ups and downs. I have a positive attitude and my customers return for refinancing and new purchases. I work closely with my referral partners by educating them with new product information, market conditionss, sponsoring open houses, caravan tours, and marketing. I have been very fortunate my referral partners have remained loyal to me and have referred their associates to me for the same quality service.
I choose to work a varied market from first time homebuyers to large estate buyers. Each segment of society increases my versatility in the market place and each customer's specific needs and desires can be met. I have worked to secure certifications with Wells Fargo in Military Lending, Commercial Lending and Builder Specific areas. My continuing to expand my own knowledge I can make the lending process more efficient for my customers.
