I began my Santa Cruz County Real Estate career in 1997 as a full-time Sales Associate and then Broker-Associate here at American Dream Realty. My specialties include assisting Santa Cruz County, Santa Clara County and Monterey County Residential Buyers & Sellers, First-Time Buyers, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Property Management of Residential Real Estate. I have been fortunate to have earned a place in American Dream Realty’s Top 15 Producers Club or Top 10 Producers Club each year I have been in business.

For Sellers I offer my exclusive 26 point marketing plan designed to boost my listings exposure using a multi-pronged approach including an enhanced web presence, social media and the use of traditional marketing techniques. For Buyers I use a comprehensive home buying plan designed to make your home buying experience a success that includes education, communication and aggressive negotiating skills. Whether representing Buyers, Seller’s or both I have over 14 years Santa Cruz Real Estate experience holding myself to the highest ethical standards possible with the protection of my client’s interests always in the forefront. 

I have been married to my beautiful bride, Danielle or Dani as she prefers to be called since 1996. We enjoy traveling, sailing, exercise and are avid San Francisco Giants Fans. We live in the Seabright area of Santa Cruz and love the central location in Santa Cruz County and its close proximity to the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and the beach. I LOVE it here! I am an avid sailor and I absolutely love the ocean. The funky local Santa Cruz culture, the great weather, the many diverse restaurants and the close proximity to Monterey and San Francisco make Santa Cruz a great place to call home.

I am an active member of the Surf City Santa Cruz Kiwanis Club having served on its Board of Directors assisting and guiding our club with managing our numerous charitable donations to local Santa Cruz County organizations specializing in helping children of Santa Cruz County. I recently became a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 545 and look forward to actively participating with the Moose’ numerous charities.
