At Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate , I utilize the latest technology to promote my listings. I have been a licensed sales associate since 1982 , a licensed associate broker since 1988 ,knowing the ever changing Hamptons Real Estate is a full time job . I enjoy the business because, "Everyday you wake up to something new." In 2006 , to increase my ability to better serve my real estate customers , I obtained a Florida Real Estate License. Whether it's in The Hamptons or sunny Florida, I enjoy meeting new people and helping them find their dream homes .
After being in the business for three cycles of Real Estate , I would say you get to know allot about the business of doing business but it never stops changing . So you need to keep on top of the situation by the better use of the technology available , that's why I am here on this a site giving my input . so to help me as well as whoever is reading this also . I am great with first time buyers because I was one at one time as well ,so practice makes perfect , plus knowing how it feels to be there as well . Whether it is on the entry level or the final level , I have been there as well for the buyer ,also the seller . Helping a seller to detach from a house is as important as getting the offer for the house . Another area is helping a buyer decide whether to build or renovate having been there myself . Helping them build a trust in an individual who is going to build the buyer their dream house . So it goes on from their whether to be a buyer or a renter at what time in the cycles , that's what I am here for to help the party involved decide on what to do from my experience , that's what I have ,advice can be crazy but experience is the truth .
