Certifications

I work primarily in the gated communities of Bent Tree, Big Canoe and The Preserve at Sharp Mountain.  I also work with estate properties amd acreage tracts.  My years of milittary service and as a defense contractor have helped prepare me for the great variety of detailed work involved in helping buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.  I concentrate on reaching buyers and sellers through the internet where nearly 90% clients begin looking for an agent.  Nearly 3 years in to the locall market I am happy to note that referrals are accounting for a rapidly increasing percentage of my clients.
