I am a native of Blount County, TN and resident of Loudon County, Tennessee. I received my Bachelor of Business Administration degree from East Tennessee State University and started in the real estate profession. My wife, Karen also a native of Blount County and I have three children. We enjoy a very active family life participating in the Lenoir City "Taste of Loudon County" Festival, boating on the local lakes, City of Alcoa July 4th Independence Celebration, hay rides in the Cades Cove Great Smoky Mountains.
A native of East Tennessee, and graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree have over 16 years of real estate experience. I actually started in the real estate appraisal profession in 1992 and persued the real estate brokerage business in May 2000. In May 2000 I started Campbell & Associates Appraisal Service and joined forces with Tellico Realty and Auction Company. My first listing was a home in the city of Maryville, TN in the $250,000 price range. I have worked with individuals, investors and lending institutions in estimating market value on undeveloped land, primary and secondary homes, lakefront home sites, golffront home sites, small rental units and small commercial properties.
