I live in South Yarmouth, and love the diversity of the Mid Cape which is the area I chose to specialize in my Real Estate Business. The area includes Yarmouthport, East Dennis, and Dennis on beautiful Cape Cod Bay along R6A, and the area south of R28 along the beautiful tranquil beaches of Nantucket Sound. The R6A area abounds with quaint B&B's, art galleries, antique shops, cranberry bogs, birding trails, and excellent kayaking ponds, and best of all, Cape Cod Bay where you can walk for miles on Corporation Beach. Some of the homes are designated Historic Landmarks and it is one of the earliest settled areas of Cape Cod. The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, and The Cape Playhouse are main attractions and are open all year.
The area of South Yarmouth, West Yarmouth, and Dennisport south of R28 is known for its tranquil beaches that provide gentle surf where even the youngest children can spend their day swimming, building sand castles, and kite flying. Parker River and Bass River provide ideal conditions for kayaking and sailing. Many of the homes have deeded pond or beach rights.
Everything Cape Cod offers can be found on the Mid Cape, with houses from under $300,000 to over $1 Million. And there is a house just waiting for you.
