In a nutshell I believe that buyers and sellers work with me beacuse of my sincere commitment to address their needs through listiening to them and following through in a professional manner.  I pride myself on apply the "golden rule" in my business dealings with clients, the public and the various components of the real estate industry.  In terms of continuing service I am in the RE/MAX PLatinum Club and have received the Vulcan Award and the 20 Year award from the Birmingham Area Associatiion of Realtors.  The foundation of my business is personal referrals from past clients and customers which is a true representation of a "job well done".  I often work with first time home buyers and make a point of trying to orient them to the entire process of purchasing a home.  A great deal of my real estate experience has involved new construction and I am quite informed about the ins and outs of new construction.
