| I knew the type of house I wanted. Ellen & Charlie focused like a laser on just what I wanted and when it was available we moved fast. They are so active in the market they know the current selling prices and the other agents in the area. With their knowledge and their relationships they were able to quickly negotiate a price I felt confident was the best I could get. They also have recommendations for everything from home inspectors to restaurants. It seems they work 24/7 and they are both so nice. Before I bought a house the helped lease a house on the terms I wanted. They also found me excellent tenants for another house I own. I was very picky about potential tenants in my high-end rental - Ellen found them. |

| Ellen and Charlie Fahr have sold our past two homes. They handle all aspects exceptionally and are very trustworthy. Attended every showing, managed third party events such as inspections and also coordinated repairs. Prepared nice marketing brochere. Them and their support team were outstanding from the initial listing through a flawless closing. They spent time assisting us find a rental which they received no proceeds. I would only use them as my agent and definetly would recommend them to any potential buyer or seller. |

| My husband and I both so enjoyed working with Ellen. She sent us property listing we thought were very helpful and when we got to LV, spent an immense amount of time with us. After seeing what we wanted in a home, Ellen brought new listings that made our purchase process much easier. I felt that she worked hard finding a home with a floor plan we were confortable with.
