The career ladder at Redfin starts with a contracted Associate Agent role which focuses on client facing skills within the team structured business model. This role compensates Real Estate brokers for their activities rather than commissions, allowing agents to earn while learning to work within the Redfin model or develop Real Estate specific skills"
Redfin does all the marketing and prospecting, allowing brokers to spend more time "servicing customers rather searching for them." Full time agent roles after the Associate Agent position are salary + bonus structured and very benefit rich.
