Hi there...my name is Eric Anderson and I am a licensed agent, appraiser, and contractor who specializes in accessible housing. My journey in this field started in 1998 when I started a medical supply business (which I still own and operate). Working with my clients in their home, I became aware of how a disability could confine you within your own home and how the equipment could only do so much. In 2000, I started studying universal design in real estate. Since that time, I've acquired my agent, appraiser, and contractor's license. Today, I work with insurance companies and catastrophally injured clients being discharged into the community. I do everything from located housing to construction management and everything in between.
I also created a universal design model house in Pikesville, MD. I use the model home as an office, UD labratory, and demonstration house. The house is open of tours so please call or email for an appointment.
