I am a real estate investor and own 32 properties and growing. I Have made my clients $200,000+ doing real estate investing. I have helped countless people with and without money, flip real estate, wholesale real estate, and buy Grand Rapids Rental Property for huge profits. In 2006 I started buying real estate to flip and wholesale for myself. Already in 2007 I have made $90,000 flipping real estate. I don't say this to impress anyone, but to impress upon people that even in a slow economy there is money to be made investing in real estate.
I am a Realtor who believes in working hard to make people money. I am just about 100% web based with my business. I have been using powerful web strategies to make 6 figures plus in under 15hrs a week for the past 3 years.

My true areas of specialty would be Grand Rapids real estate investing including Flipping real estate, wholesaling real estate, and Grand Rapids rentalproper ty. I have awesome strategies for people with bad credit and no money all the way to perfect credit and loads of cash. I buy alot of Grand Rapids Foreclosures, as well as Grand Rapids HUD homes
I also have some great strategies for finding cash buyers in any market. These strategies are my own. I have seen no guru teach them, I simply asked myself the right questions, and found the best places to locate cash buyers. This technique can work in any market, and costs no money, and cash buyers can be located within days.
One other strategy that I use is assigning HUDs, allowing people with no money and no credit to make between $4000 and $20,000 per closing.
Thats why I love real estate, its one of the few things in the world that anybody, regardless of their current financial situation can make big money doing.
