I have been working in real estate and house construction for most of my life. I am a fully licensed Real Estate Broker and Broker in Charge of Olson Realty Group in Raleigh NC. Specializing in home sales and marketing, I personally know what it takes to buy and sell houses from start to finish. Real Estate is my specialty with a construction background and I take my business seriously. Most of my business comes from personal referrals and from satisfied customers.

My father, Oscar Olson Jr., was a Real Estate Broker for almost 50 years. Growing up in Real Estate, I learned how to work with both buyers and sellers so that each person is comfortable and satisfied with their purchase or sale.
