| We used Eric to sell our house in Urbana. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very well regarded within the community and the real estate world. | Our experience with Eric and Amy Steinhoff was exceptional. Eventhough we consider ourselves seasoned home buyers, we benefited greatly from the Steinhoffs expertise. This time around we bought a foreclosure property. Eric was well versed in the diffrent papers and procedures of this type of sale. He was still able to negotiate with the bank and helped us get a FANTASTIC price for our new home. (this would make ANYONE happy!) Their greatest asset is their ability to connect with you as a buyer/seller and still relate to you as a person. I never felt like they were there to close a deal or hurry and sell me a property. Eric and Amy really took their time to make sure we were making the best choice possible for our family. We have been thrilled with our new home and I know the Steinhoffs are a big part of that. | Eric represented us in the purchase of our dream home and the sale of our existing home. The purchase was a high end transaction with lots of details and issues along the way.
