Our services include but are not limited to assisting homeowners who are preparing their home for sale "staging to sell" as well as those families or indiviuals that would like assistance in creating a fresh/updated look in their current space "staging to live".
Staging does not have to be expensive and can be done at any time, but it can be less stressful if you call Center Stage Design before your home is put on the market. We can work within all budgets and can use the homeowners existing furnishings and decor to furnishing an entire home using rental furniture. We can also assist homeowners in selecting items to purchase for staging their home to sell, and then be used in their new home.
Services we offer
Home Staging Consultation - This consultation must be done before any work can be performed in the home. Overall assessment with specific recommendations and/or improvements will be identified and discussed with the homeowner. Center Stage Design will do the actual staging of the property.
Do-It-Yourself - After the Home Staging consultation, we will help the homeowner in preparing a detailed list that identifies specific paint color choices, furniture placement, decor suggestions, curb appeal ideas and recommenations to de-clutter. The homeowner is responsible for the outcome of the project and the purchase of any items needed for the staging process.
Bid - If the property is vacant, we can tour the property and prepare an estimate for staging using rental furniture, accessories and artwork.
