I have to admit it is hard to write about myself, so let me just write what my clients and other agents have said about me. I have the patience of a saint when working with my clients, I work very hard to find the right home to meet my clients needs. Agents make comments about how organized I am, in which, is very important considering the paperwork involved with all transactions. I have been working with distressed properties quite a bit lately, I have learned so much about how to help home owners in distress. Working with the bank is an art, each bank is different and each have their own set of rules, etc. It is a juggling act, but I have helped many and it does feel to help people.
