Our primary goal is to sort out the best options, find the buyers dream house and negotiate the lowest price and most favorable terms for the buyer, so that they are excited by their new home, grateful they found us, and they will be eager to refer us to their family and friends.
We provide an information highway for the buyer, so that the buyers is confident in the choices they make. Buyers can recieve a complimentary custom relocation packages by priority mail or immediately by e-mail; we set up clients on automailers to receive target properties by e-mail and do extensive research on property, schools, taxes, gather survey's, floorplans and whatever else makes the buyer happy. We run that extra mile for homebuyers...and then some.
We show properties in spotless cars, are always on time and promptly return calls. We are also available on weekends, holidays and pick up clients at airport, hotels or homes.
We understand contracts, property values, negotiations, renovations, inspections, foreign investors, city ordinances, financing, title work, taxes, 1031 exchanges, investment property and appraisals. We can help buyers to connect with decorators, contractors, attorneys/solicitors, property managers and even tax consultants.

WORK IN ALL OF WEST FLORIDA : As Buyers Brokers they work whatever area that the buyer's needs are best suited for. They have a very broad knowledge of the market and what you can get for the money. They work all six counties in West Florida; Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, and Sarasota and can talk intelligently about all and offer solid advice on the options based on the buyers particular needs.
SHOW ALL PROPERTIES: Although they choose not to have a conflict of interest by listing homes and representing sellers, they do have access to the entire market; Multiple listed properties, bank forclosures, short sales, for-sale-by-owner, income producing, gated communities, waterfront, NEW CONSTRUCTION, custom homes, builder specs, ranches, estates and vacant land.
The majority of their buyers are from out of the area and not familiar with the area. They rely on the expertise of these Buyers Brokers.
