We get to know our candidates through our detailed screening process which includes a phone interview/screen, after which an in-person interview is conducted. We also provide skills assessments, thorough interview preparation, reference checking and background checks. Therefore, offering our clients fully screened and qualified candidates to interview.
Our fee is equal to a defined percentage of the new hire's projected first year compensation.
