It is an option that most home owners and Realtors are unfamiliar with.  It takes specialized skills and knowledge to be successful in short sales.  I'm not a condo specialist that also does short sales.  I am not a luxury home specialist that also does short sales.  I am specifically a short sale specialist.  If you need someone who will take the time to explain all your options and has track record of success please call me.  With the new challenges that the banking industry is facing today prior experience with short sales from past cycles is not very relevant in today's unique market conditions.
