        About Me My name is Fabio Lopez and I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself. I enjoy boating on Lake Norman, flying airplanes and spending time with family and friends. Side Note: As a Realtor, a great service that I like to extend to my clients is that I can show them properties by Land, Air and Water – and boy do they love it! I have been in the business full time for 13+ years and have a passion for what I do. Holding a Real Estate Brokers license in both MN and NC, I have been a broker/owner of a RE/MAX franchise and received many top awards such as the Lifetime Achievement award, The Chairman’s Club award several times, and the Hall of Fame award for my achievement and excellence selling real estate. Therefore, the price range of homes that I carry in inventory vary from under 100k to 1 million+ on and off the lake, and I feel just as comfortable selling lower priced homes as I do the high priced ones. Lake Norman lake homes are my specialty, but I have a lot of experience with: Lease/Options - Foreclosures - REO Properties - Land Development New Construction - Vacant Land - Manufactured Housing   Side Note: I am a log home dealer for Gastineau Log Homes based out of Missouri, I hold a residential builders license and have lived in a log home for the last 10 years or more.
