I list and sell only residential property (homes and vacant land). My listings have ranged from million dollar homes down to the most simple condo and townhome. My buyers are both first timers and knowledgible higher end buyers. I analyize the market where your interest is, I make recommendations based on that exhaustive research, and then I stay engage with that data until your transaction is complete. My dad was a real estate broker. I grew up around it. I'm a retired GTE/Verizon salesperson and sales manager (Regional, National, and National Accounts). I've done it, coached it, trained in it, and I just love working with people and helping solve problems. I'm schooled in relationship building and I have found that skill, coupled with my financial approach, have proven to be a winning combination in the Real Estate industry.
