As the Managing Broker/Owner of HomeLife Benchmark Realty Cloverdale, Rick Dubord is directly responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of his Cloverdale office. Secondly, Rick is also responsible for reviewing contracts and keeping his salespeople accountable to the ethics of the industry. With his great vision and leadership abilities, Rick has taken his passion for technology to the real estate industry and has pioneered new systems and programs that have revolutionized the real estate business throughout Canada. Rick's wealth of knowledge and experience has helped him propel HomeLife Cloverdale into the first paperless office in Canada and into a successful/growing operation.
With his hands on management style and out of the box thinking; Rick will make himself available to help his salespeople overcome obstacles quickly. Rick currently sits on the Broker Council at the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and is a director of REBA; Real Estate Brokers Association of British Columbia. He is well connected in the industry and does not hesitate to use his contacts to seek expert advice.
Rick along with two other partners developed Realty Nuance http://www.realtynuance.ca/site/ the virtual business center. Realty Nuance is designed for the Broker, Salesperson, and the Client. It is fully integrated with the board listing data and the back end accounting system cutting down the transaction processing time by over 85%.
The Cloverdale office is the first paperless real estate office in Canada and has received the blessing of the BC and Alberta Real Estate Councils. The salespeople have the ability to process all of their documents electronically from the initiation of the contract to the payout of the commission. The Cloverdale office is the prototype real estate office of today and tomorrow.
