Hi, and thank you for visiting my profile. Having bought and sold a number of houses myself I know what I have liked and disliked about the experience of buying and selling a home. In almost all of my buying adventures I have been new to the area. Because of these experiences I know the trust that you place in your Realtor and that you need someone who is always and in every way looking out for you. That is what I am here to do.
Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach are great places to live. The beaches are beautiful and the downtown area is quaint with a local hometown feel. The history of this area is also very interesting. Amelia island is the only site in the US to have been under 8 flags, and Fernandina Beach is home to the modern shrimping industry.
The variety of housing choices in the area are numerous. From historic Victorian homes in the downtown area, to neighborhoods with a variety of amenities, to upscale residential and condominium living along the beach and every thing in between. Searching for a home here takes time but is also a fun experience as you learn all the many communities and what they have to offer.
