Coast and Valley Rentals is located in Carmel at the mouth of Carmel Valley, in the Barnyard Shopping Center in the Hatton Barn building next to Erik’s Deli and the Carmel Coffee Roasting Company.
Our services include a value priced A La Carte and a Tenant Locator Service program for those owners who would prefer to be more hands-on with the management of their investment, but may need help getting started.
Originally from the Boston area, Frank feels fortunate to be able to call the beautiful Monterey Peninsula home for the past 15 years. He is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Business. In a past life he worked in the hospitality industry for the Hyatt Hotel Corporation in the company's luxury division of Park Hyatt Hotels as an operations manager. Prior to pursuing a career in property management he was consistently ranked year after year in the top 10% of all sales agents at Keller Williams Realty in Carmel, CA.
He is a licensed State of California Real Estate Broker and has completed National Association of Residential Property Management accredited courses in Advanced Risk Management and Office Operations. His management portfolio consists of approximately 75 residential units; a mix of single family homes, 2-4 units, condominiums and town homes located on the Monterey Peninsula.
Frank prides himself on providing excellent service with a sense of urgency for both his residents and owners. Part of what he loves about property management is that no two homes, clients or situations are ever the same. It keeps it interesting, challenging and rewarding.
Frank has lived all around the Monterey Peninsula from Pacific Grove to Monterey to Marina to Carmel Valley and now Carmel. As a result he is intimately familiar with how diverse and wonderful this area is and the unique challenges facing property owners today in each community.
He and his wife Nyla are blessed with three daughters; Madeline (Maddie), Ella, and Julia (Jules). He has warned his wife he may come home unannounced with a male dog one day. When he is not working he enjoys spending time playing with his family. You might also find him hanging out at his wife's family's restaurants; R.G. Burgers or Island Taco, at the Cross Roads in Carmel and downtown Monterey (next to Trader Joe's).
