Hello everybody. I am very new to this type of a forum. So, I hope you excuse any missteps. I am a CPA by trade. But, I have some extra time on my hands. So, what I have done is researched literally hundreds of 2,3, and 4 units homes in Albany, NY and several areas in New Jersey to find what I have calculated to be wonderful positive cash flow and/or tax benefit investment properties. My main problem......I don't know many investors that can take advantage of these opportunities. If there is anyone out there in "Active Rainland" that can be oa assistence, PLEASE contact me.
Certifications
The types of properties I specialize in are 2,3,and 4 unit homes in the $50,000 to $300,000 range. I only recommend properties that will yield positive cash flows and provide tax benefits. I will be happy to meet with anyone interested to introduce you to the properties and to show you how the property will make money for you and provide tax benefits.
