Get to Know Filomena Muncipinto
Although my background is in accounting I have always been fascinated by the dynamics of Real Estate!. My husband and I own several properies throughout Queens and Nassau which prompted me to realize that I could very well use my knowledge to help people in the community achieve their Real Estate Goals. In 1993 I got my license and pursued this wonderful new career as a Real Estate Professional. My personal experiences have always helped me to see both sides of every Real Estate transaction, thus enabling me to be of assistance to Sellers and Buyers or Landdords and Tenants.
Certifications
Being a Real Estate Professional for over 17 years, has given me many opportunities to work with people from different backgrounds. I love people and it gives me such pleasure to know that throughout the years I have established so many lasting relationships with Sellers and Buyers because I always treat everyone with respect and I am able to convey the fact that their best interests are always my #1 priority!
With the backing of one of the most respected Real Estate Office in the area I can make dreams become a reality.
My knowledge of Northeast Queens, Bayside, Flushing, Fresh Meadows, Douglaston and Little Neck is very extensive.
