I have been in the mortgage business for the past 10+ years. I have always worked at a bank and pride myself on upfront information and education about taking out a mortgage loan and the process. First Place Bank is a wonderful community based institution. I care about my clients deeply and try to get them into the best program possible for their needs. Working and living in the Hudson area have given me many insights to this wonderful community. I have also lived in Northeast Ohio my whole life and know the area very well.
I work with clients from all aspects. From someone buying their first home to the client building their dream home, we have all the loans needed to get you into your castle. I specialize in higher end homes, but have a huge background in firt time home buyers. I try to look at every deal as a puzzle that has a perfect fit. Some clients have more options than others, but there is always a program that fits that specific persons needs.
I also with a good number of realtors in the area and can help you find the right one for you! Builders are another great tool for buying a home. Depending on the style and size of the home you are looking to build I can help you find the right builder. Construction loans are also one of my strongsuits and I can explain the whole process toyou frok beginning to end.
