Get to Know Bob Wallace
I'm Bob Wallace of FL Gulf Realty. My wife and I have been in Southwest Florida since 1993 and are full-time realtors, based on Venice Island, serving southern Sarasota and northern Charlotte counties. We enjoy the business of Real Estate. Helping people understand market conditions and the issues affecting real property values. That's why we're in real estate.
I tend to work with buyers and Johanne, my wife, works with sellers. In today's market I'm the one with more free time. I do miss being overloaded, and look forward to when the market normalizes.
Since moving to Florida from Maryland, we've lived in Naples, Punta Gorda, and now Venice. We have a preference for small towns.
Punta Gorda is where we started our careers in real estate. The waterfront community of Punta Gorda Isles was where we focused much of our business.
We moved from Punta Gorda to Venice Island after hurricane Charlie. We love the well designed city that is the Island of Venice.
