My name is Austin Ellis and I've been a member on activerain.com for quite some time. I started out as a Realtor like most of you on here. I still have my license and practice from time to time, however I have realized that my passion in life is more geared towards the Internet. I have always been fascinated with the idea of SEO, website design, building web pages, flipping websites, and that sort of thing. 

I've been in the real estate world about 7 years now, 7 or 8 years. I've had my license for all those years but only sold maybe 5 - 15 houses per year. It was not that I wasn't hungry. Just that my passions seem to lie elsewhere, as well as going to school full time. As far as my SEO backgrounds, I have ranked websites on page 1 for hundreds of real estate terms, sold websites for $XX,000 when I was 12, and been a nerd ever since I learned how to play super Nintendo.   

A while back I was presented with an opportunity to purchase a domain name, mobilehomesforsale.com. I jumped at the opportunity. It’s been about a year now since I purchased the domain name and started from scratch.   As of right now our website holds over 2,000 listings, 8000 Facebook fans, and is growing rapidly every day. I've seen the most rapid growth on my website in the past month, so I think I'm doing something right. 

So my goal in life right now is not to sell as many houses as I can, it is actually to get as many page 1 rankings as I can from my mobile homes for sale.com website.  In a perfect world I will be ranking page one for all my desired times within the next 12 months or so.  I do not think there is anything that can stop me based on my passion for my project, the willingness to take advice and criticism from others, and the knowledge that I have in the field.   So be checking my website from time to time if you ever want to take a look at my progress, or you can simply give me a call or email.
