The area of expertise revolves around the South East Broward main cities. Lighthouse Point, Pompano Beach, and Deerfield Beach, where waterfront homes encourage boating enthusiasts to dock their boat at their home.  The ocean and sunshine are the Florida attractions. Even the cities to the West are a short trip to the beach. The weather is more beautiful each day you live in Florida.

There is a saying if you show the buyers the dock for their boat they will buy the house. The waterfront living is what living in South East Florida is all about. Homeowners want to be on the water or near the water. They want a great view to fully appreciate Florida "Living".

Locally a day at the beach is very relaxing and Everyone loves Disneyworld, just a day trip getaway. The fact is everyday is a vacation when you experience Florida "Living".  We have the lifestyle everyone wants. We are still boating in the Winter so that is a great way to live. 

Weather.  A topic Floridians rarely talk about because it is always perfect.  It is not unusual that if there is some rain it does not interfere with the days plan as it is rarely continuous. I have been able to show property many times in the rain that stopped right while we were looking.  Yes, rain would rarely interfere with any plans you might have.  I am from Chicago and it is often hard for me to believe that while I am enjoying sunshine my family still there might be experiencing snow. I love Chicago People but I will take Florida weather as my preferred choice for the past 34 years. I live on the water and if there is any regret it would only be that I did not move here sooner.  I am pro Florida.

I have the epro designation that was helpful with technical email contact.  For the past few years I have been working with a relocation project for employees that relocated at their Pompano Beach Corporation.  Now these great folks from New York have been able to enjoy the benefits of Florida "Living".
