I truly care and want to help others. I love my job -- listening to sellers' and purchasers' needs is a very important aspect to begin to see how I can assist them. Communication in beginning stages of each process in selling or purchasing. I have successfully closed over 40 to 50 homes a year consistently since I began my real estate career. I continue to keep my education updated and take classes to keep me on top of the market.
I really love to work with first time home buyers, however to see my client's faces when they purchase their home it doesn't matter if they are first time purchasers or not - their feelings of happiness has always given me motivation to keep working for others in the future. I will list any size of home I do not descriminate and only work with high end home owners.
I have special training in working with purchasers, however listing and selling homes gives me great pleasure also.
