Who doesn't like V.I.P. treatment?? That being said, that's what I give ALL of my clients and that's what sets me a part from many of my peers. We all would like to say that we give that treatment to all of our clients, but is that really true and what are some examples of V.I.P. treatment? Well, as we have all experienced at one point or another, getting a new buyer who jumped ship and left their current agent. Without a contract in place of course. Why is that? Many times it was unwarranted and more so because of the current market and the client uneducated enough in the market to make that distinction. But more times than that it was because of poor communication and lack of availability. Lack of constant contact. We do not want to be breathing down our clients neck, but a balance of space and availability is necessary. We as real estate professionals of course have to lead our clients and not allow them to lead us but at the same time, I like to make myself available 24/7. That in itself goes a loooong long way. If i don't answer my phone right off the bat, I return a call within 15-30 minutes - period. I make ALL of my clients feel like they are exclusive and the only people I am working with. This can take a lot of time and effort although this is what sets me a part from the masses. Sound simple? Well, it is and unbelievably lacking in this profession at times. Like in any field of work, you have the top producers and then there are the rest. The golden rule - 20% of the agents are making 80% of the money. Hard work breaks into that 20% and the V.I.P. treatment I work hard to give is the result of that.

I treat my clients wants & needs as if they were my own. I make decisions based off of "what if it were my money". Of course depending on the situation and scenario, whatever's in their best interest.
