Forbes Realty has been focused on short sales since 2008. We have represented not only sellers in successfully short selling their home and getting a fresh start, we have also represented buyers and investors in purchasing short sales.
We have advanced training from Harris Real Estate University in short sales and have the Accredited Short Sale Designation (ASD) from HREU. We continue to receive ongoing training from HREU to stay current on short sale strategies and programs from the government.
