My wife, Virginia, and I have lived in Seattle since 1986 and we love it here. I've lived all over the Western US: Nevada, Utah, California, Washington and even Texas. My memories of moving with my family give me a clear understanding of what it's like to relocate to an unfamiliar place.

We bought our first house in 1989 so we know what it's like to deal with the day-to-day challenges of owning a home. Our 1940's "project" has given us first-hand experience with repairs, remodeling, contractors, landscapers, fences and neighbors.
