Freda has an associate’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s in management information systems. She’s good with numbers and can help clients identify ideal investment properties.

 

Born and raised in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, Freda is bilingual in English and Mandarin. She’s lived in the U.S. since 1995. Her interests include volunteering at her children’s school, where she teaches art, trying new foods, barbecues with friends, movies, Zoomba and U-Jam. She has three rescue pets, including two dogs and a cat.

She’s an expert in preparing and staging properties for sale, and works with several specialists.

 

“Owning a house is a big step for anyone,” she says. “I do everything I can to make the transaction as smooth and painless as possible.” Freda’s favorite part of a home sale is delivering the keys to the homeowner and seeing the spark in their eyes. “Whether buyers have found a place to call home, or sellers have achieved their home sale goal, I like to see their satisfaction with their life decisions. I’m honored to be part of that process.”
