Fred was born and raised in Southern Alberta, he has lived in Lethbridge for the past 18 years with his wife Cyndee and their Twin Teen boys and Baby Girl.  He has managed property, a previously trained and licensed Realtor, contracted for several years in residential and commercial renovations, and has fixed and flipped his own homes.  He loves soccer, spending time with his family, and continuing his education. 

 Fred is a contract subscriber with LDAR,   a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors(NACHI), Professionally Trained CRI, Licensed certified and bonded.

His education includes Completion Certificates from all aspects of the Building Discipline from NACHI.  Carson and Dunlop Certificate of Completion for Home Inspections. Alberta Building Codes Certificates from the Alberta Safety Codes Council, Infrared Certified, Building Science Certificate, CSTS,  and is Continually updating his education with various courses.
