| Let me start this testimonial by saying that I’m not the kind of person who gives glowing reviews just because the service person says the only acceptable rating is outstanding. Having bought and sold a few houses in my life, I am generally wary of real estate agents who seem more interested in their commissions than their customers’ best interests. Despite all this, I can enthusiastically and unreservedly recommend Jeff Fritzson for people who are looking for a knowledgeable and resourceful realtor. I met Jeff at a couple of open houses he was holding and was impressed with his ability to understand and explain the current market. He tirelessly showed me houses and was a good listener who honed in on what I was looking for. Jeff guided me through the process of both buying and selling a home by providing market information for pricing the house I was selling and buying, referring repair people who did quality work in a timely manner, and dealing with issues as they arose. For example my house had CSST (corrugated stainless steel tubing) for the delivery of natural gas. CSST has been the subject of lawsuits and the buyer demanded that it be removed and replaced with a different kind of pipe, which would have cost several thousand dollars. Jeff researched the problem, informed me that my house met the standards of the building code, and gave me options for dealing with the buyer’s demand. He provided valuable information and feedback that enabled me to make the best choices for my situation. Jeff walked me through the multiple offers that came in on the house I was selling and explained what made one offer stronger than another. He was the calm voice of reason during negotiations, and I always felt that he had my best interests at heart. My house sold for over asking price within a few days of being listed on the market. |
