I am a native Texan and upon completing my degree in 2004 I chose a career as a Real Estate Agent.  Upon joining the Real Estate profession I chose a large International Real Estate Brokerage where I quickly became an award winning REALTOR as a top producer with multiple designations.  However, I found that in the Real Estate Industry where trust and friendship are the foundations of success I began to realize that the nationwide and international real estate brokerages were falling short in many ways; most importantly, in the area of representing the individual needs of each client.  I found this extremely disturbing that the company viewed my client as a number and me as well.  Thus with perseverance and experience under my belt I went on to complete the Real Estate Brokers Exam.

With commitment, hard work, and fantastic work ethic I created First Source Realty Alliance (FSRA) in 2006.  You can count on me to demonstrate Honesty, Professionalism, and Commitment with every aspect of each client and each transaction.

Investor Services:  FSRA doesn't just help buyers and sellers in the exchange/sale of their property.  FSRA invests in property and appreciates the benefit of both long term and short term investing.  I have worked with multiple satisfied investors.  As an investor myself, I typically would not recommend a property that I personally would not put in my own portfolio.  Each investor has different needs and priorities; I work to ensure that these are met.

Property Management:  FSRA's property management division is a small growing aspect of the company.  It started with me managing my own properties and one by one I had investors requesting that I manage their properties.  I have a knack for quality tenant selection and retention.  FSRA, oversees maintenance issues, advertising to fill vacancies, and screening tenants to maximize the quality of tenants. FSRA is a property management company that keeps the landlord happy as well as the tenant; minimizing vacancy rates and keeping dollars in the landlord's pocket.
