I view getting a mortgage as part of a client's Life Plan. As a result I approach each transaction from the viewpoint of a Financial Planner. I try to get a clear well developed idea of the destination first and then work back to the present day. I start by doing a comprehensive review of a client's financial picture by looking at their Insurance Coverage (Life, Health, Auto and Home), Finances (Retirement Planning, Investments and Savings) and I also make sure they have a current and properly executed Estate Plan. Also included in the review are personal goals the clients may have. The objective is to leave no stone unturned to insure my clients get the correct mortgage for their needs.
Each individual client is always treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. My aim is to always get my clients a mortgage that works hand in hand with their personal and financial goals.
I have 27 years in residential mortgage lending. I have worked with clients from first time home buyers to providing financing for 3 million dollar construction permanent deals. No deal is too big or too small, every transaction is handled with total professionalism.
I have licenses to sell Life and Health Insurances as well as licenses to sell Property and Casualty also. I don't ever sell insurance to my clients, however I do review their current siutation to make sure that they have the proper coverage at the proper price. I have written articles on Estate Planning and like to insure that my clients have a will or whatever vehicle they need to insure a proper transition if a tragedy should arise. I have taken classes in Financiall Planning to help me understand how a proper plan should be put together and to aid me in helping my clients take their future into account when considering a mortgage. I have done these things because a mortgage is part of a bigger plan and I want to insure that my clients get the best, most comprehensive service possible.
